Honestly I do not know the exact meaning of "jarmilae". Since "Jarmila" is a Slavic origin female given name, jarmilae is not a man, I think.jarmilaes is a man?

I post two photos of ariocarpus species today. 1st photo is a retusus cv duo-fingers. An ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus v elephantideus was in flower. I have kept some other kotschoubeyanus related species but only this one was in flower.

Ariocarpus retusus shown on attached photos were propagated from seeds which were given by my friend as "retusus cv cauliflower".
Unfortunately these cacti do not show the character of cauliflower at all. The colour of flower is also abnormal.

3 hybrids are still alive but I have never seen their flowers yet.It is still alive? Very interesting hybrid! If it flowers you could make a nice cultivar!

5 1st filial ariocarpus hybrids were in flower, which were quite young, 5 years old.
The hybrid is retusus v furfuraceus cv Suguri cauliflower x fissuratus cv godzilla. I tryied to make an ariocarpus which had long tubercles with fissuratus texture.
