fullers earth

Post by snopuppy13 »

hello all,
does anyone have experience using fullers earth?
the NAPA down the street from me only has oil absorbent that is 100% fullers.
i know it's not the same as diatomaceous earth but i wondered if it could be used in the same way.
thanx in advance.
peace
pat

Fuller's Earth can be used, just make sure it has been properly calcined to make it into hard granules. I don't have experience with the Fullers Earth products but they are very similar to the old standby of crushed brick which works well.
