That Darryl's a real top of the cactus guy, and I know that he has hundreds more. I couldn't resist flowers, but here's a couple from habitat on South Africa.

The pictures are great!
Can i post a picture of my cactus also?
From where i see, are only spines pictures taken from above, is that so?

Top views of your cacti or succulents. Can be any type (columnar, globuse, shrub...) in any situation.

Show us your best birds eye view photos!
provided its a pic looking down on a plant you should be ok ........... anyone can enter :)

This was my 2nd choice, but since this is a flower-loving type of crowd :wink: , I had to go with my favorite Ferocactus hamatacanthus subsp. sinuatus, in flower.

Legolas, that is a great sinuatus picture. Man, there are some beautiful photos up in this contest. and Tim, yours is definitely the funniest entry.

I've had that plant for about three months and that is the first picture I've taken of it.

I got one for my mother at the same time. She managed to kill hers right away.

Oh Man, If I had one of those polyphyla's I would have picked it to be my entry.
And if you had entered that, I probably would have choosen your's too. :P
