Hi- went over to the fall plant sale at DBG today and took some pics in the gardens:

Stenocereus alamosensis:

I think it was Woody who did a slideshow at our club on a trip to Argentina. Some of those habitat Gymnocalycium reach incredible size! Who knows how old they must be. 100, 200 years old? Or maybe conditions are just right and they are actually quite young. Size doesn't always equal age.
