Euphorbia turning yellow on top

Hi all,
My Euphorbia is turning very yellow on top. My apartment is not very bright in Berlin.. I've had this for 1 year and now it's been slowly turning yellow on top. I used to water it more often, but recently just once a month to try to see if this helps. However, it hasn't really... - what do you think could be the cause of this?
