Hi there,
I would say it's Eriosyce senilis... although very variable and taxonomically still a bit unclear (I think... for me... at least)
Here's Neoporteria multicolor aka Eriosyce kunzei "multicolor" for some aka Eriosyce senilis (one of the forms):

Cheers,

I'm with eduart, I think it's Eriosyce (Neop.) multicolour too, I think from memory it was also referred to N. nidus or N. senilis and are now place under Eriosyce senilis.
They were also also known as N. senilis-nidus, and sometimes N. nidus-senilis a few hundred years ago when I had my first one ...well ...would you believe twenty years ago?
here are a couple of forms from back then!!

My Eriosyce is doing that too. It's a few days from blooming, I can't believe some of them have the energy to do it, this time of year. I'm getting a plethora of blooms right now. The stenocactus, the echinopsis aurea, a few mams, (the Mam. hahniana is going nuts) and the notocactus haselbergi is about to open some little orange blooms. It was 85 degrees yesterday, I guess spring has sprung.
