fungicide for seedlings

Post by RobR »

Anyone have a good suggestion for a mild fungicide that can be misted on newly germinating seedlings to help combat any damping off? I been doing this for a while but have not really gone down this road.

3% hydrogen Peroxide diluted with water, forgot the ratio, maybe 1/10. Oh hey, found a chart -

If the seedlings are growing well, you don't need fungicide. If they're not then anything mild enough not to kill them won't save them. Concentrate on providing the right growing conditions, then save the fungicides for desperate last stands when you're just going to lose the whole lot anyway.

I have tried physan 20 and I don't recommend it on seedlings.
