Lizard cactus surfing

Post by CactusSquirrel »

This little guy has been doing some pest management in a nearby pot that had gnats and I found him surfing the obesas in the sun today.
"Why are you always petting the cactuses?"
"I dunno, I just like to."

Awesome picture, cute lizard! :) Looks like a nice little green anole. I wish we had fauna like that anywhere near where I live. :P

Awesome! We have lots of Green Anoles here. They don't generally go into my greenhouse, but they LOVE to hang around my outdoor potted plants. There are lots of hiding (and basking) spots for them around the pots.
