I have these two that I need ID I think they are both echinopsis the first one was given to me today. Also is there anything I can do to it to help the tallest piece fill out more. It was in alot of shade which i think it has something to do with it.
this one has grown a good 6 to 7 inches in the three months ive had it.

I think they are all echinopsis hybrids. Used to be called trichocereus hybrids. Nice blooms. When they etoliate like that I don't think they can fill out right. I just hacked my Echinopsis back to cut off the etoliation and start again.
Re: Two to ID!!
Wouldnt the etoliated part be from lack of light?

Re: Two to ID!!
Yes and no. Could be from lack of light. I found it can also happen if growing conditions are right at the wrong time. For example if winter is warm the plant grows then it gets cold and stops it from growing it will harden off that way then start to grow normal again. My echinopsis that looked like yours was from the seasonal confusion. Moving them around from shade to sun I am sure would do it also. Moving it indoors in the winter and getting winter growth that way will do it.

They had it under a big tree so it wasn't get much light

Makes sense. Nice plant still.

I think that first one could easily be E. spachiana. I agree the second looks like a hybrid
