Here is one that I got at the Huntington as a tiny guy about 4 or 5 years ago. It must be a Lobivia of some sort.

There are a few redflowering Lobivias with white-centred flowers. I first thought of L. hertriciana. Found this picture on internet:

Notice also the red stamens. The official name is now of course Echinopsis hertrichiana.
The close standing backebergi should also be

I think your plant looks very nice, and charming flowers. I am not sure I have exactly this one. I have a seedling of L. hertrichiana simplex which shall have white cetred flowers. I found this picture of simplex on internet:
It does not have the red stamens of your plant, but otherwise it looks the same.
