Echinopsis for sure. I suspect it will turn out to be a hybrid, but you should have flowers soon enough. If they are white, then something in the E. silvestrii group. (That's not an official grouping, but there are several like that that could all be the same for all anyone knows.)
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti

Thanks for the help. At about 8-10 inches tall I imagine they're about close to fully grown. I have a few E. oxygona over 10 yrs old and they are this size or a bit larger.
