Just a "little" overboard? What a selection!

A great bunch! I am also perusing the MG list and getting ready to sow this winter, after a year off. I can't wait.

I'm looking forward to witnessing your creativity in, oh about a year or so on how you're gonna find a place for all that!

I thought I decent list of seed from Mesa Garden this last year or so but yours is impressive! Don't you hate it though when a species you were looking forward to growing happens to not be in stock. It is better to not get your hopes up and just see what you get.

Do you have pictures of your multicolored eriocyce? I'd like to see that.

Well actually, I wasn't all that disappointed to tell you the truth.
If I had just ordered a handful of species and a few were out of stock, then I would have been, but with a list like this, even getting shorted ten wont be missed all that much.
But I do know what you mean.
I do just happen to have an image of my Eriosyce senilis in bloom. Sorry I butchered the name.
Both plants were originally purchased as Neoporteria multicolor.

As of 12/13/11 I have about half the list in baggies. :D

Excellent plant in the back! Those flowers are very pink. My most recent order of seeds I lost about 4 of the 22 species I ordered due to OOS but I'm still pretty happy. The price of MG can't be beat I'm convinced.

It is a good feeling to final sow some seeds isn't it? I am just about to do the same with 5 packs of various astrophytum seedlings. They are destined to all be scions on pereskiopsis in the next month or so. Hoping for at least 60 plants!

Oh yeah I have some yearlings of coryphanta echinoidea and they are shaping up well. Still are too small to see the nectaries though.

Yes its great to be sowing right now.
Bummer about the losses, no fun no matter how they occur.

So far the only suprise I have encountered with this batch has been the size of the Ferocactus lindsayi seed.
I just wasnt expecting to see dust in the bottom of the envelope, those suckers are tiny.
