Ralf, you have such amazing success over there, especially with cacti I would think are too small to bloom! Please let us see the flowers when they open.
Catch a falling star--but don't try it with a cactus!

What are the blue bits around the plants? I'm guessing fertilizer?
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti

Yes, Daiv, it's a fertilizer. I use this kind of fertilizer about two times per year. Only for the flower bed.
