New photo contest format for 2010

New for 2010 and following years
To help keep the contests more organized and consistent, gonna change gears and try a new approach.
1. One contest per month.
On the 5th of each month submissions will start and run for 10 days.
On the 15th of each month voting will start and also run for 10 days.
2. A schedule of topics has been made for the full year. Some of the topics are still somewhat general and there may be a more detailed sub-heading for these contests. To keep some kind of spontaneity, the sub-headings (if applicable) will be posted at the time the contest goes live.

3. CoronaCactus $10 Cyber Gift Certificates will continue as before.
4. Winners will continue to be featured here on CactiGuide, but will now also be featured on the CoronaCactus website.
