I bought a plant yesterday with the glue, and to get it off, it took out 6-8 spines and 2 areoles.

StrUktO - those pictures will work very nicely!

@CelticRose - That is a good idea and worth trying. Something tells me that they use a hot glue gun which is waterproof, but I've not had first hand experience to say one way or the other.
All Cacti are succulents, but not all succulents are Cacti
