Doh , my bad OK, the imbricata is only the second cholla to bloom for me. The imbricata is about 2 years older the the dwarf whipplei though.Andy_CT wrote:Nice first imbricata bloom Bill! isn't your small flowering whipplei a cholla though

I've got a bunch of 5 month old seeldings (North Dakota clone), if you can wait a couple years for them to bulk up to outdoor size you are welcome to a fewRayC wrote:Nice one Andy. Well I've been buisy with my wife's honeydo list for the last week. I'm happy to say the project is compleated. Time to post a few shots.
Cylindropuntia echinocarpa is first up.
Cylindropuntia imbricata
Escobaria minima
Opuntia humifusa
Escobaria vivipara var. rosea
Escobaria vivipara var. arizonica.
Opuntia fragilis a second clone out of North Dakota. I love the red filaments. A pristine flower surrounded by bright green new growth.
Last my mystery Cylindropuntia. I have a very tentative ID of C. acanthocarpa var.
