beautiful Tim. It does look like the pentalophus in your Echinocereus bowl could use some shade. :-)

Yep, the E. viereckii ssp. morricalii (sp?) is in about the same boat.

There is a bud on pentalophus so there is still a spark of life.

The cold and sun too their toll on those two during the winter.

Very nice, but isn't T. lloydii a subsp. of T. hexaedrophorus?

Probably, my labels are wrong on my hexaedrophorus and heterochromus (I'm going to throttle that guy who labels my plants! )

Snapped a few pictures today, the sun was shining and the flowers were opening.

Aztekium hintonii - Cuda tipped me off to this plant on ebay so I snatched it up. Now my Aztekium collection is complete! Thanks Cuda!
Image

Another picture of my former-NOID echinopsis. I don't recall the name right now, but it's opening more flowers. They were sparkling like candy in the cactus shelter.
Image

M. deherdtiana showing off some nice flowers. This is the plant I recently got from B&B in Tucson.
Image

M. herrerrae - another recent acquistion.
Image

I also took pictures of all sides of the freaky A. myriostigma that I got in Tucson.
