This is my second one that I grafted from this species. Not as dense as the other :-k

Great close ups! The spines of E. napina ssp. glabrescens seem to be actually feathered- I never noticed that so far.

Grafting is a great way to study the developing of the seedlings in high speed :) And it's easier to take some real close ups.

It could have been, but I felt that they was to precius :oops: This is a Eriosyce paucicostata 'red bloom' from you :)

Nice to hear from you again!
The E. paucicostata got pretty big over the summer :P .
I tried some grafting this jear too (didn´t use super glue though) but I will have to see how they survive the winter in the GH.
