G'morning Jerry,
56C is 133F. That is amazing.
It was inside of the greenhouse which was covered by double shade clothes. The outside was 42 C'. Some places of Australia outback were 55 C' on that day.

The attaced photo is a cactus in my backyard, which was in flower two days ago. Someone told me the name of cactus in this forum once but I can not remenber the name of cactus.

An ariocarpus fissuratus was in flower yesterday afternoon.
Since it was the beginning of February, the flowering was too early.
