I have to agree - I didn't think the first picture was that bad. But the new setup is so very nice, it does make the before not look so good.

Really excellent setup - and the plant pics are quite fine too!

Thanks guys, for the nice replies and the ID. Hopefully I can keep it interesting, my collection is quite young, but there is always something happening with 500 plants.

Here is a turbinicarpus horripilus. It put out 2 flushes in 2009. Thought the flowers were nice on this one.

You've got some nice coloured flowers there. I bought a Matucana last year that I'm hoping will have pink flowers.

A slighty blurry photo of the bloom, the best one I took. It sure is one weird cactus plant! But I like it!

Nice bunch of pure white flowers, unidentified echinopsis, any idea's? These ones are in the outside garden.....

Amazing this 20 year old plant had rotted off at the base, after being left out in the rain. Amazinging it has thrown out 7 flowers without any roots and more buds appearing! Any advice on how to re-root this plant? It looks good the top half, would it be alright to bury all the old brown stuff? The plant in the pot is a rooted offset, not sure how old, but it is flowering nicely. Amazing how long the flower tubes are. Thanks for any help. Many more photo's to come, hope your finding them interesting.
