Sorry for the 2nd and last post of the day...
Basically this below, its hard and dry, I suspect its ok but maybe its some dry rot or something that shouldn't be happening, the plant had mealybugs when I bought it, was treated and generally poor health previous year, tommorow I probably gonna plant it into fresh pot.
Is it normal corking or there is something wrong with this?

Looks like normal corking. The corked/yellow part was buried.
