What Is This Species?

What is the species of the plant shown in the photo? It reminds me of a Peruvianus Monstrosus but the raised patterns are more horizontal than vertical. Is this at all rare?

I am guessing Pachycereus schottii monstrosus aka totem pole cactus.

Correct, also known under Lophocereus.
