Hi, thought I would show you what the back yard looked like when I moved in here 11 years ago and what it looked like in 2004. As you can see I have a thing for iris too. The only thing left when I started planting in the back was the lilac bush. Had the house back there torn down (too big a hasle to rent out) and now I have a place to park off the street. Spent lots of hours out there planting, I have it down to almost no grass, just flowers and bushes. The iris did not bloom well this year, the late snows we had. They even cancelled the iris show this year.Image I will try and take some more pictures tomorrow if it is not raining again. Lisa

Looks like hard work, but the results prove it worthwhile!
