Noticed 1 & 7 both started to ooze a tiny amount of clear sap from the aeroles. Is this normal?

Thanks! (cactus newbie)

The white sap which oozes out of the areoles are because of the extra floral nectaries,it is completely normal for ferns and other cacti, unless it is not cleaned by ants,it will get moldy.

As my office (hopefully) doesn't have ants, do I clean it by myself (Q-Tip or toothpick?) or will the moldy sap eventually just go away. Is the moldy sap harmful?
Thanks!

8 is Mammillaria elongata (not Myrtillocactus as in the text below the picture).
11: Alber khan meant Mammillaria hahniana or Mammillaria haageana. (But personally I think it looks more like a Rebutia.)
