That's strange...the plant itself looks pretty healthy! Any chance a rodent or insect has been chewing on it?

Hm...well it certainly looks like mechanical damage, and not anything wrong with the plant's health. I once had somebody trip on one of mine in the ground, and a bunch of the leaf tips looked mashed like that.

Same thing is happening to mine!! I do believe it is dying. Mine is sprouting out a bunch of babies so I am trying to save those and start a new plant. Sad since it is one of the first succulents I started out my collection with. I will share pictures with you tomorrow.

Well we did have a hailstorm that caused the little white spots on it,but the leaves started drying up a long time after that.It has,also produced some offsets and,their leaves are also drying up. :roll:

This is what mine looks like.......

Definately looks much worse off than yours. I think yours might just be suffereing the effects of the hailstorm damage and it will survive!!

@Alber,
Have you tried spraying them with Fungicide?
@ Laura,
If I were you I would take all the infected leave out and spray with fungicide(I use Dithane 45), no water yet....Would be difficult to use fingers so I would cut them with scissor .

Thanks for the advice Hendry.

I already stripped the plant of the dying brown leaves and the more I cut off the leaves the more brown/dying leaves are appearing!! There is not much left of the plant now :( I will cut off some more leaves and spray one more time.

Hopefully I can save the offsets and grow a new healthy plant!!
