Help me to id cactus please

Help me to id cactus please

I took this picture in someones garden in Lanzarote. Can someone identify this cactus, please? I would like to research and maybe if possible to grow it at home that it would remind me my holidays :) Cheers.Image

I'm not sure if it's a cactus or something else (Euphorbia?). A closeup of one of the stems and the top would help. (If it bleeds white latex sap when pricked it's probably a Euphorbia)

Looks like Euphorbia Baioensis. I grow these and there really nice Euphorbias. :D
