What am I??
I just bought this cactus at a local store and I need help. It has no label or instructions. Could someone please tell me what I bought and the best care for it...Thanks in advance!

Mammillaria elongata. 
You'll probably want to repot it soon into a better soil mix, as the mix it's in at the moment isn't exactly ideal. If you're looking for a quick mix, then try 1 part cactus compost, 1 part pumice or perlite and 1 part grit, gravel or whatever aggregate you can get a hold of.

Thank you so much! I will replant this as soon as I can find that mix for it! Any other tips for it's care? I've never owned a cactus, but always wanted one and today I gave in
