Is it ok to get my cacti out?

Post by Robinj »

Here in holland it is between 22 and 34 degree's. Is it ok to put my germintaion tray and cacti out the windowsil? I will put some garbage bags over it so the most light is kept out side.

I would not put your germination tray in the sun, no matter how covered up they are. You'll fry the seedlings, or otherwise steam them.
The cacti themselve should be fine, but make sure they are accomodated to the sun! If they didn't get much full sun past weeks and you'd put them outside in the current full day of sun they'll all be sunburned.

The cacti have had full sun for the past few weeks.
