Watch out for those hooks. They go through skin and don't let go!

 they sure look cool. Reminds me of my Ferocactus hematacanthus which also has long hooked spines that are best left away from your skin. :)

Majcka nice plants :)
Here's to you, all you insidious creatures of green..er I mean cacti.

Oh. I know. First thing that I had experienced on that one. Two of them hugged me around my finger. The nurseryman was saving me with tweezers.

Adeniums are beautiful, and as far as I am concerned, you can post pictures of them whenever you want!

Nice looking rock garden (with real rocks!)! Also, nice looking plants.
A cactus and succulent collector who especially likes Ariocarpus. …Though I have a bit of everything! Want some pictures? See my flickr! I also do art and such.

Thanks for the lovely comment. But would you be so kind to tell me how would be the rock garden with unreal rocks? I think I don't quite understand that.

It is sad, but true, you can buy fake rocks made of fiberglass or other lightweight material. Some are designed to hide outdoor speakers for a sound system, others to hide an extra house key under, but some are just fake rocks. I would much rather have the real ones. And I particularly like the real ones in your garden!
