Knockout pix, Peter!
@Tristan - Go down to local animal shelter & I'll be you'll find many great volunteers! For busy lifestyles, including long weekends -- can't beat a kittie -- or 2!

Up until now I thought of you as the "Lone Wanderer," now I'll have to add "Master of the Sagging Pallets."

My Escobarias are as fat as they ever get but no sign of flowers yet. No flower from E. ctenoides either, but I'm really looking forward to it one day.

2nd Tumamoc's praise of basilaris! Which reminds me -- What's the diff between basilaris & microdaysis v. rufida? I inherited one or the other -- hoping basilaris -- more cold-hardy & love blossom
