Hello everyone ...

Post by Angie »

I am 40 years old and I'm from germany.
My cacti grow in a heated greenhouse and I collect them about 25 years.

I like botanical cacti types and I don't like hybrids.

Sorry, my english is out of practice …

Greetings,
Angie

Hello,

enjoy a little visit to my greenhouse this sunny sunday morning!
The night before it was frosty (-6° C) outside, so it was inside -0,5° C.
During the day it becomes genial 20° C and above. I like it!
Anyhow, the time to switch on the heating is coming soon ...

Lovely photos, Angie. It looks like your plants are happy. But if you want to get more views, you should probably create a topic in the "Member Topics" board. More people will see your pictures there.

Love the Lemon "cactus", citrus can have some nasty spines too!

This one is without spines, fortunately ...
It's a big and heavy container-grown plant - a hard work to put it
inside and outside of the greenhause every spring and autumn.

Hi Angie,

once upon a time I lived in Germany and I still remember my Greenhouse - with great winter experiences.
Today being in Miami we face different challenges.

Meine Frau und ich kommen aus Hamburg, wo lässt Du wachsen?

Greetings

Thank you for the welcomes.

@ Jan

In Miami you don't need a greenhouse, isn't it?

Ich lasse in Bayern wachsen - und hier ist es schon sehr kalt.
