One of my cacti finally bloomed!

I have a grafted gymno that is budding like mad, but they fall off before they get to flower

Lovely! One of my mammillarias should be flowering soon, and I already have a rhipsalis in flower.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but cactus flowers are definitely worth it!

I have one of those, I think it's had an open flower continuously since May, it must be one of the most floriferous cacti around - there will be many, many more!

Good job growing it from seed, I cheated and got mine when it was all grown up.

The Gymno might like less sun and more heat. Depends where you've got it now and how much water it's getting.
