So, I got a very nice (nothing fancy) new camera and video camera. It is the Kodak Zi8. It was only $15, nothing wrong with it at Target. Wife and I are taking a trip to New Orleans for her birthday starting tomorrow so I hope to have some good video and pictures to come back with. Also, that means I will be able to take much better pictures of the C and S!

Any opinions on the Zi8 or anyone use it before? seems nice!

Amazing that you can get a full HD video camera for $15 :shock: Still images probably not so great though, especially close up. Post some comparisons when you get back to C&S country.

Amazing price. I looked at the review for this camera on google and all the reviews say that the RRP is $199. You got lucky, Target must have made a mistake. :D

I am surprised by the outcome of the still shots I made while in NOLA. I only seemed to lose significant quality with zoom shots. Here are a few examples:
