Been moving plants from the other shadehouse and from home. This new one will be the cactus house, the other will be for non-cactus. It's maybe 65-75% full. Still have about 15-20 flats of cacti to move over and a bunch of larger Opuntiads and other larger plants, of which most will go on that lowrider bench. I hope to have two 10-12' sections (where the big Agave is and to the right) to use for sowing seed and for fresh "out of the bag" seedlings to acclimate them. I'll make a removable frame to cover with an extra piece of cloth. Actually, almost all plants on the 2 middle bench sections are seedlings ranging from 2 years to 3 years old. On the far right are Jen's 2010 seedlings. We've been busy!

haha I have a feeling if I ever made a green house it would be like 250F in there. Ya know the old saying: "Arizona, it's a dry heat. Like sticking your head into a 350F oven"
I have actually seen them on the news cook eggs in pans on the sidewalks in Phoenix.
(probably could do it in Darryl's shade house too when it's 145F! Eek!)
