Can you ID this succulent?

Post by ERdept »

I found it in a public shopping center parking lot in huge bunches and liked it. Pinched and inch off and rooted it.

But I have searched high and low and cannot ID it. Can you please tell me what I have and how best to care for it,i.e. soil, watering, etc.

Just click on the "Img" button, then paste the direct URL to the pic, then click on the "Img" button again to finish.

I have no idea what it is though :)

It looks like Oscularia deltoides. Do a google image search for Oscularia deltoides and you will find many similar pictures.

Stick it in the garden in LA, it will be rampant with fragrant pink flowers in spring. It is from near Cape Town, more or less the same climate.
