That is such a cute little greenhouse that you'll have to keep it for something even after the big one goes up.

8) Daiv i will be keeping it and using it for other plants and such when we get the bigger GH built.

Ok update again it now has another window installed, i only had 2 crappy windows left that were not the size i wanted but this one will do for now, hubby was supose to put it in long ways but since i was not supervizing him  this is how it ended up.. Plus he couldnt get both windows in since there wasnt enough room.
Dont mind my giant pots in there they have my elephant ear bulbs in them.

Anyways 2 tables are in and fan hooked up in vent, gona move it out away from the rail some and redo the flooring since theres slits in the deck wood which could let cold air in, gona cover that till we get warmer nights, hubby is building another table for me while i type, once thats done then the electrical and lighting gets hooked up and then its all about going up and down the basement stairway lugging/ moving my spikey and succulent kids in, then place heater in for cold nights and we are good to go..
Will post more pics after its done. I think once its done im gona re paint it. :P I also want to install plexiglass in the door and scrap the door plastic in few weeks.

Stay tuned more pics to come in few days. :D

:( Well Daiv, it wont be till Monday for the plants to go in, its been nasty and flippin cold here, yesterday the winds was terrible and it was a dark gloomy day and then last night we had snow my Fibro is kickin my arse :( So i spent most the time watering/working on the plants down in the plant room. Its another dismal day today, windy, cold and just nasty out. Supose to warm back up a bit come monday, but the night time temps for the next 10 days are still gona be in the 30's so heater use for sure durring the nights till it gets alittle warmer.
Will get pics posted on Monday..

I am so glad that the lows in the 30's are over for us for about 8 or 9 months now.. :)

I do not know how anyone can live where its that cold... *LoL* ya probably think I am nuts for living where its 120 degrees in the summer!

We're all crazy in our own ways I suppose.

8) :P Well it has begun the chore of lugging cacti and succulents up the stairs from down in the plant room out to the Mini GH, now lets hope i can squeez um all in there hopefully with the added small table i should be able to and what i cant will stay in the house in a very bright location till i get another table set up outside after the next few weeks of cold nights. Will post pics tomarrow as this is gona be a 2 day chore for me alone, yesterday spent the day cuttin trees and lugging wood from out back, getting rid of old fallen trees and stupid tent catapillers  just your basic cleaning of the woods so we can see better back to where we are putting the tree stand/deer blind up. We would be out pickin mushrooms if it wasnt for these FREEZZZZZZZING cold nights and dry dry dry grounds.

Ok this is how it looks at night with the lights on.
First pic is from inside the house in the dinningroom.

and from outside.

I always put a tarp over it at night as ya never know what the weather is gona be while we are sleeping, even if they say clear skies that dont mean SQUAT here in Michigan. :D They could say clear and we wake up with storms. Anyways its just habit i do that.. Been running in and out to get the stinkin heater set just right so it stays a toasty 68% at night, i will be going back out to shut off the lights.

Much better to see the plants in it. But I'm curious, why do you need to run those lights? You should have lots of sunshine this time of year, I'd think.
