Hi all
I'm off to Peru soon and was wondering if any members know of any seed suppliers or cacti nurseries
that can be visited there, the web doesn't throw up much and as I've found out in South America before
there isn't much in the way of nurseries but am hoping that maybe one of you have come across something
in your own travels there
I know of Karel knizes place but on hearing of his death am not sure if it's still trading
I am there for 6 weeks and have no planned itinerary as yet so can travel anywhere
any info is much appreciated
Thanks
Peru

Re: Peru
I think you ought to try the bcss forum as a lot of members there do habitat visits

Re: Peru
Only one I know was Knize's.
You could try emailing the Peruvian Cactus Society in the link below. Most understand English emails if you don't speak Spanish. You might find someone who will show you around. It is always better if you have somebody who knows where the plants are if you are unfamiliar with the country. Email on left-hand bottom of page.

The other option is to email Graham Charles at the Cactus Explorers as he has been to Peru a few times.

His email is on the bottom of this link, which has not been updated for 2018 Weekend yet.
