I-10

Post by ricelg »

Travelling from San Antonio through Phoenix to Las Vegas later this month. Any recommended nurseries close to the route (I-10)?

It's very nice, but organ pipe N.M. has more crests. If you want to see a good fero wislizeni crest, take the exit at Benson and go north on N. Cascabel road. Here's a picture of the barrel, and the location on google earth (sorry Google)

There is no cactus you can't eat, but you just might regret it if you eat the wrong one.

Just check cactus mall, they list most decent cactus nurseries in the area. Miles to go is up in cortaro.

The Phoenix Desert Nursery is just a mile or so off the interstate too.
