Big Bend Trip

I recently made a trip to Big Bend National Park. Here are some images of the cacti species I saw. I am not very good at identifying cacti species, but please feel free to correct my novice guesses. I really wanted to find a lophophora but failed to. The only rare cactus I found was an ariocarpus fissuratus! And I was only able to spot it because it was in bloom. I felt so lucky to find one

I 'd like to share these images (even though I am not sure of many of the species names) simply because they are so nice to see in their native habitat.

Hey there Lui!

Great pictures, Big Bend must be really a wonderful place, I have seen some pictures of it before, but yours have shown me some quite interesting cacti I didn't know were native there. I really hope you enjoyed your time there, to see how these plants thrive in habitat is simply amazing. Well done!
