I was visiting my old stomping grounds in NW Arizona in April and caught some landscape cactus in bloom. This could be done in just about any low elevation in Arizona, just look for older neighborhoods with big lots. Photos were taken mid-morning, with too much sun. A neutral density filter helped a little.
