Private mesage

I have a little problem. I'm trying to send a PM to one of the forum members. My mesage always ends up in outbox. Thatfore I believe that member didn't get the mesage. I tried to sent myselve a PM. It gets to the folder sent mesages and i recive the PM in Inbox folder.

So? What do I do wrong with the PM sending? Or is the members inbox folder full?

who are you trying to send a message too? it may be someone who no longer visits the board.

Hob is right. If the person doesn't log in OR doesn't check their private messages, then it stays in the outbox. It is pretty handy this way so you know if they get it or not.

If i get this right: I write mail and it gets into Outbox until the addressee logs on the forum. Then it gets into Sent box. Is that correct?

not quite it stays in the outbox until the person you sent it to reads it ........then it goes into the sent box.
