An aluminium film and a mirror, but the aluminium gives better light!

Thanks for showing your method peter!
It is a beautifully diffuse light in the picture.
I imagine you do use a tripod for the camera?
Or did you make up a way to point the aluminum- and the standard mirror at the plant?

I personally prefer not to use a tripod because pointing the camera freehanded makes you more variable in selecting the composition and it works more quickly. - but it is diffficult to point the camera and the mirror by hand at the same time.
This is the way I do it at the moment.
