Shooting macro

Post by Buckethead »

I just read about this trick a few days ago and have been playing with it since. To shoot really good macro shots just put your camera on it's macro setting and hold a magnifying glass in front of it. I did these with my cheap 5mp Panasonic LZ3 and a cheap magnifying glass I sometimes have to use to read really small print.

Nifty!
It’s not the fall that kills you; it’s the sudden stop at the end.

might have to give that a try with my camera. I do not like the macro on my new camera as much as my busted old one.
Here's to you, all you insidious creatures of green..er I mean cacti.

I actually like the macro on that cheap Panasonic more than the one on my expensive Kodak.

For the one that have DSLR there are that kind of lenses/filter you can add in front of the lens...
