I guess it is time to start a new thread for the new year. I missed out on some early blooms while in Africa last month, but compared to last year, things seem a little slower getting started, so I don't think I missed much. I hope you enjoy the year of plants in pictures from my yard!

Let's kick things off with one of my favorite genera: Fouquieria diguetii getting an early start this year:

Hi Tristan, I am back on Cacti Guide forum after being away for about 2 years! I see you still are around here sometimes too. I have not figured out how to post photos on this site and will have to work on that. As always your plants are beautiful and I know you have many more blooming now!
