Dec. 6, high temps 50's, lows 30's, and this guy thinks it's spring. :?:

I've got a Mammillaria karwinskiana that's been blooming for almost a month now. I winter my cacti in my unheated bedroom. It got cold for a week (air temps in the room around 40°f). Then it warmed to the 60s and it took off flowering. Luckily it's an Altman cacti so I'm not super worried about any potential consequences of flowering out of season.

I got an opuntia ficus indica which has just flowered too. It's been dry for about 2 months now sat on the kitchen windowsill. Strange whether this year.
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind
I dont mind.
I DONT MIND
