Escobaria dasyacantha ssp. chaffeyi has small flowers. 8)

I'm pretty sure i've had both of those Lobivia's in my long past history of collection stock plants. Bu I very rarely got nothing to flower. Had most of my plants for years and years , and still no flowers. The only plants I seemed to be able to get anywhere with was Gymno's.

I spose thats why I like them so much.

It's foot you managed to get these to flower, I least i know what they look like now in bloom.

I've suffered from the affects of Drearism over here in the UK/GB for years.

I have my first Hoya flower ever:

Of course you have.... it`s only that "mother" is still on loooong vacation .... :crybaby:

I keep seeing these Hoya plants in IKEA and keep um'ing and Err'ing about getting one. But they basically start as a Heart shaped leaf.

Fantstic looking flowers though.

I have no idea. I got a cutting last season from a cactus friend and she doesn't know the species either.

Hi Majcka, your Hoya looks like the Hoya carnosa in my garden. It flowered last year. Hope you do not mind me including the picture.
