Got this last week gave it its first drink since potting it up. Got a ariocarpus retusus on its way too.

Yeah these are deffinatelly one of my favorite species. I got two now so hopefully once thery are older and flower I will get seeds.

This was delivered today came a lot quicker that I they said too. Also a lot bigger than expected the tap root was quite substantial and strong.

Last of the summer heat has brough out the gymnos last flush of flowers. My Gymnocalycium damsii is due to open one up and has a few buds left but don't think they will come to anything.
I have moved all my small seedlings indoors now in my light box. The night time temps are down to about 5°c now. Almost time to bring in the less hardy species indoors too. My matucana madisoniorum is coming in this year, nearly froze it o death last year. Also my Uebelmannia pectinifera and maybe all my eriosyce will come in too.

Found this today. Surprising so late in the season its been about 15°c in the day now so quite cool too.

After about a year of growth this is still tiny. The other seedlings are all larger and look like tiny versions of the adults with largest being about 8mm I will add another picture later so you can see how tiny it is. Need to find a ruler first.
