:) My cacti friends take them when they come for visit.

Good morning dear cacti friends,

today a few photos from November.
On this day`s I brought the first plants in the greenhouse.
I am a supporter of the free range of cacti and other succulents.
With and without rain cover many of my plants live from April to September of "outdoor dining".
This year I have so late as never before, started to bring the plants in the greenhouse.
Last Wednesday I brought a large part of Mammillaria in the GH.
At this moment the Sulcorebutia, some great Mammillaria and Haworthia outside.
The greenhouse will be open day and night. It is now up to a very, very mild November.

Here are towards the plants.

1, 2, 3, already happened.

This Mammillaria should also be brought into the greenhouse.
87413Image

Just go there. . .
87417Image

That was fast. . . =D>
87418Image

The free space is occupied again! :)

Last check!

I guess it's new to me K.W (giving seeds to cacti friends when visiting) Cause i don't have/kno any cacti friends/growers around where i live, its just not common in MA to own succulents/cacti in a big quantity or if any at ALL!

Wish i was closer and lived closer to many of the people on this site :(

Ever had that eruca flower?
Was blessed enough last year to catch one in flower at a local cactus nursery, owners claimed it was only the 3rd or so time in 20+ years they had seen it in flower.

Neochilenia

And now the puzzle. . .
I have a Hildewintera hybr. "Humkes Röschen". The blooms every year very abundant.
2013 estimated a friend that she has had at least 150 flowers, throughout the year.
2014 I left all the flowers on the plant, some are fallen.
A few days ago I collected the flowers, and counted them.

Now the question: how many flowers had the plant in 2014? Some flowers are still on the plant, they do not count. . .
