A cactus and succulent collector who especially likes Ariocarpus. …Though I have a bit of everything! Want some pictures? See my flickr! I also do art and such.

majcka, first of all very beautiful flowers!

I would call the last plant G. friedrichii, that is however synonymous with G. stenopleurum

Nice Summer "wrap up", Maja! Just in time for the white of Winter  -- or at least in upstate NY! :(
Once bitten by the cactus collecting/growing bug, there is no known cure!
There's no 12 step programme for Cactaholics...so I shall just have to get some more!!

All are really nice, Maja, but I especially love all the buds and flowers on the Gymnos.
Catch a falling star--but don't try it with a cactus!

Thank you. Today it was no bud anymore. They were all flowers. I just didn't get time to take a pic, because I had to take my children to grandmother. By the way we were back they closed again. ](*,) Hope they will all open up tomorrow morning. :D

The flowers are really nice,my echinopsis has two buds on it!
When thousands of foes unite, for my ruins plot–
If only You remain by my side, I then fear not!
I live for a hoped union with thee, it is my desired prize–
Or all my moments are spent- in the fright of demise!
