I know that is no cacti. But I just have to put this on. I searched for those two since last year. Now finaly I get them:
Nice red flowering Adenium

:shock: they sure look cool. Reminds me of my Ferocactus hematacanthus which also has long hooked spines that are best left away from your skin. :)

Oh. I know. First thing that I had experienced on that one. Two of them hugged me around my finger. The nurseryman was saving me with tweezers.

Is my conclusion that this is Glandulicactus uncinatus correct?

Thanks for the lovely comment. But would you be so kind to tell me how would be the rock garden with unreal rocks? I think I don't quite understand that. :oops:

It is sad, but true, you can buy fake rocks made of fiberglass or other lightweight material. Some are designed to hide outdoor speakers for a sound system, others to hide an extra house key under, but some are just fake rocks. I would much rather have the real ones. And I particularly like the real ones in your garden!
